Niamey Niger, a selection of African start-ups are holding an annual forum from 21-23 Feb. The General Secretary for Francophonie Michaëlle Jean inaugurated the form with the Nigerian President. “Sahel Innov” is on a mission to find solutions to the challenges of the Sahel region.
